ASOS Swing Dress

ASOS dress, CHANEL vintage flats, Alexander McQueen bag, Ray-Ban sunglasses

I ordered this dress during ASOS’ 20% off Memorial Day sale and am so happy I did. It cost all of $25 and is the most comfortable, easily chic piece I own. I love the unexpected turtleneck coupled with the longer length but sleeveless top. It creates a sexy contrast that is just subtle enough to be appropriate for work.

I paired it with basic black accessories and a bold red lip. These Chanel flats elevated the outfit just a touch and were comfortable for all day walking.

Macy’s INC Jumpsuit

Macy’s Jumpsuit (for SALE in my Poshmark Closet) (or at Macy’s in a printed version), American Eagle Outfitters vest, Necklace from Poshmark, Sam Edelman heels, Alexander McQueen handbag, Prada sunglasses

I wore this outfit for Poshmark’s most recent Posh Party at our headquarters! It was the most fun getting to interact with our community and meet some of our loyal shoppers. I wanted to wear an outfit that incorporated both a piece i’d purchased on Poshmark (the necklace) as well as an item that was for sale in my closet. This jumpsuit has been a longtime favorite and was a surprising find a few months back. I have received so many comments and emails inquiring about where I bought it, and unfortunately it is now sold out at Macy’s. So, I decided to put it up for sale in my own Poshmark closet! If you’re interested, you can purchase this exact jumpsuit (worn only a handful of times by me) HERE!

ASOS High Low Dress

ASOS dress, Coach heels (similar), Alexander McQueen handbag, Prada sunglasses

A new favorite dress, in basic black and under $100! This ASOS swing dress is becoming a fast favorite in my closet. With it’s high-low hemline providing extra coverage over the tush area, and the waist slimming middle line, I love it. One word of caution are the somewhat slim sleeves. I’m wearing a size 10 here and the arms could stand to be a tiny bit wider.

Have a great start to your week!

6 Shore Road Cover Up

6 Shore Road cover up worn as dress, Vintage slip & wedges, Prada sunglasses

Admittedly, I scooped up this cover up during a Cusp sale after spotting it on Julia during her Cabo trip. I’m headed to Belize with my best girlfriend in July and thought it would be the perfect piece for lounging on crystal-sand beaches. I planned to save it for a few months but couldn’t resist throwing it on over some nude slips for a quick stroll around the neighborhood on a particularly hot day. I absolutely love the bold print and the unique shape. Not typically one to buy oversized items, I think it’s flattering in a unique way.

The geometric print that rises in a deep V in the center of my body draws the eye inward, while the uneven hem keeps it youthful.

Fun fact about this lace slip: it was my grandmothers, and it’s Dior. She purchased it in the late 50’s and passed it down to be a few years ago. I wear it rarely to preserve it as best as possible, but absolutely love it’s delicate detail peaking out from this modern dress.

Absolutely can’t wait for Belize in July and am continuing the purchasing process. Anything you think I can’t do without?
