Equipment sweater (in black), ASOS necklace, Ted Baker dress (updated version), Sam Edelman sandals, Ray-Ban sunglasses

You may remember this dress from a wedding last year. It’s Ted Baker and to be completely honest, it’s been sitting in my closet since that post. I was determined to find a way to re-wear it for a more casual Saturday afternoon, and resorted to my old-school standby: throw a sweater over it and call it a day.

I couldn’t be more in love with the way this outfit came together and love the fun vibe of the pleated skirt peaking out under the subtle camo.

V. Sattui

Joie silk tank (i sized up one size), J.Crew skirt (old), Sam Edelman sandals, J.Crew hat (updated version), Louis Vuitton handbag, Prada sunglasses

During our last day in Napa we stopped at V. Sattui for a group picnic. It is a gorgeous winery just off of the main highway that runs through Napa and was such a gorgeous venue for a Sunday afternoon rest in the shade.

A Girls’ Weekend in Napa

Wearing super old Forever 21 dress (similar here or here), Prada sunglasses, Sam Edelman sandals

This last weekend was one for the record books. Specifically, Saturday was one of the greatest days. A few girlfriends and I had been trying to plan a day trip out of the city for quite a while. Given that the two ladies i’d be traveling with worked in the wine industry, Napa felt more than appropriate. We left San Francisco at around 9am and made our way slowly through Bouchon bakery in Yountville, Olivier in St. Helena and Farmstead for lunch, into some of the most gorgeous wineries I had ever seen.

We visited Swanson, Raymond and Chandon wineries and couldn’t help but snap a few pictures amidst the stunning vines.

I have the most beautiful friends and it makes me so happy to capture their pure joy in photos.

Cheers to many more girls’ weekends this Summer!

Striped Skater Dress For Work

Gap dress (old, similar), Ferragamo “Vara” pumps, Vintage belt

You’ve seen this dress before, but I wanted to restyle it sans tights and for warmer weather as we head into Summer. Honestly, I couldn’t love this dress more. It has a dramatic shape and the stripes give it some added interest. Paired with my classic Ferragamo Vara’s (still one of my best investments to date), it is a cute outfit that works perfectly for the office or out to dinner.

Once again these amazing photos were shot by my talented friend Erica Garlieb. She is a fantastic new photographer in the Bay Area. Love. Obsessed.
