Every once in a while I need a little something sweet. I’ll whip up a batch of cupcakes or candy, but have always shyed away from more complicated treets. Biscotti is something that i’ll order every time I grab a tea or coffee, but have never had the guts to make. I followed this recipe previously attempted by Emily of Cupcakes and Cashmere, and it turned out great.
The recipe was deceptively simple and when covered in chocolate, make a delectable, and not too high in calorie, morning snack.
