I don’t know if it has been obvious thus far on this blog, but I am not a fan of heels. I feel like a complete fake as a female but I would rather wear a great pair of flats or sandals over heels any day. The discomfort felt, the difficulty in walking and the squishing of the toes have just never been appealing to me. But as wedding season approaches and the time of wearing garden dresses with leng-lengthening nude heels creeps towards us, I have been trying to take advantage of Christmas sales to pick up a pair of comfortable nude heels.

For me, comfortable means either a platform and maximum 3″ heel height, or a kitten/mid heel (i’m a wimp). Chunky heels obviously are easier to walk in but often make feet look heavy as well, though these Kate Spade ones look adorable. The options above are a few that i’ve found in the last month or so that fit my criteria and are moderately comfortable. Now the only decision is how much to spend on a clothing item I detest! (I know, I know i’m a disgrace as a woman)
