J.Crew Factory shell ($39 + extra 40% off with code SALE40 = $24), Sole Society necklace c/o ($39 + 20% off = around $32), BDG jeans (currently $58, though I purchased on sale for $30), Skechers Boots ($43 on sale) = $129
While I often purchase more expensive pieces in the hopes they last, I can rarely say no to a good bargain. There are quite a few bargain pieces in my wardrobe that have not only become my favorites, but have been worn more than their more expensive counterparts. I wanted to highlight here all of my favorite items in one outfit, proving that great style doesn’t always have to come with a hefty price tag. Minus my sunglasses, this entire outfit comes in well under $150!
This J.Crew Factory shell has been a closet staple. I wore it on my last birthday and have paired it with cardigans in the Winter and over bathing suits in the Summer. It even made the cut and came with me in my tiny carry-on in China. It comes in a zillion colors and is just a great workhorse of an item. One note: if you’re a larger busted lady, size up.
These BDG jeans have been worn countless times on this blog. They are the perfect high-rise, sitting just above my belly button and always make me feel so slim and put together. They are skinny enough to be tucked into boots yet wide enough to be folded and pegged with sandals or flats. I’m such a fan of these and often reach for them in place of my designer jeans. An absolute wardrobe must.
This Sole Society necklace was on my wish list for. ever. So when the team gifted it to me I was so appreciative. It is an inexpensive piece that makes a huge statement with any outfit. The longer length is flattering and narrows the eye inward as an added bonus.
Finally, my Skechers boots were purchased almost 4 years ago and are still going. I walk to work in them (almost 2 miles!) every single day and adore them for their comfort and easy style.
I hope you enjoyed this budget roundup. Please let me know if this is something you enjoyed! It was such a fun project for me.
