Victoria recommended these sandals a few weeks ago, and i’m a bit embarrassed to admit how quickly I clicked over to Zappos to scoop them up. Living in San Francisco I’m always in need of stylish walking shoes, and these fit the bill. The lace up detail provides a bit of extra support while the memory foam soul makes it feel like you’re walking on clouds. You need to own these.
You may remember this dress from a wedding last year. It’s Ted Baker and to be completely honest, it’s been sitting in my closet since that post. I was determined to find a way to re-wear it for a more casual Saturday afternoon, and resorted to my old-school standby: throw a sweater over it and call it a day.
I couldn’t be more in love with the way this outfit came together and love the fun vibe of the pleated skirt peaking out under the subtle camo.
During our last day in Napa we stopped at V. Sattui for a group picnic. It is a gorgeous winery just off of the main highway that runs through Napa and was such a gorgeous venue for a Sunday afternoon rest in the shade.
In other news, SHOPBOP is having 25% off all sale items and i’m sprinting over there as we speak. #heckyes
Emily and I spent this last weekend in Napa celebrating Lauren‘s upcoming nuptials. I absolutely adore Napa and love the simplicity it provides only 45 miles outside of the city. Naturally I wanted to look the part, and naturally all of my clothing was at the dry cleaner as I was attempting to pack the morning of. So, a gold evening dress it was for our daytime brunch.
I toned down the look with my trusty jean jacket that i’ve had forever and ever, and some basic nude wedges. I loved the statement the dress made along with the chic comfort my trusty basics added.
Happy Monday to you, friends!
