H&M sweater (current), Anthropologie dress (similar), vintage Chanel flats, Kendra Scott bib (similar)

I bought this dress in college and at the time, it was one of the most expensive purchases i’d ever made. Plus, the tight fit and short length made it completely out of my comfort zone, and began my pushing boundaries of fashion for my bodytype. Now, it is one of my favorite pieces for Fall or Spring and I love mixing and matching it with beloved new pieces. I paired it with my H&M chunky knit sweater for a fun remix on this classic sweater.

A bold lip and a gold bauble to punch up this outfit even more.

I chose to remix this sweater with a tighter silhouette on the bottom to balance out the heaviness of the top. I love the look of tone on tone and added these gold vintage Chanel flats for a monochrome look of sorts. The gold bib and poppy lip draw the eye upward.

What do you think of a chunky sweater on top with a tighter silhouette? Do you remix your dresses like this?
